This policy explains what information Foxtale Studio collects when you visit www.foxtale.studio, why, and the choices you have. Foxtale Studio is a subsidiary of Revox Private Limited, 217 Stanley Thilakerathne Mawatha, Nugegoda 10250, Sri Lanka. Our mobile games have their own app privacy policy.
When you use our “Build a game” or “Request a demo” forms, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, country, company and project details, and any files you attach. The forms send this to Zoho Bigin, the customer management tool we use, so we can reply to you. Google reCAPTCHA checks the forms for spam; it sees your IP address and how you interact with the page.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you click Accept, we use:
If you click Reject or make no choice, Clarity and the Meta Pixel do not load. Google Analytics then runs without cookies and only sends basic, anonymous signals (for example, that a page was viewed), which Google uses to estimate visits.

To show the site, your browser also connects to services that see your IP address: Vercel (hosting), Google Fonts (fonts), Mux (videos) and content delivery networks for scripts. They use it to deliver the content.
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services named above, which process it for us under their own privacy terms. Some of them are based outside Sri Lanka, including in the United States and the European Union.
We keep form enquiries and emails for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. Analytics data is kept according to each service’s retention settings.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@foxtale.studio. For anything else, contact hello@foxtale.studio. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
This site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
